could you hear us?

'cos we were stuttering lots.

had a fine week on our first stuttering course in dublin. we taught people how to stutter, not to cover it up. "we scoff at false fluency" - thanks to joe and mambo for that one.

i told people, as joe did, that if you go for fluency "you'll fall flat on your facial contortions". they listened, and believed me. if only more people from the tribe of tangled tongues would do the same, we'd all feel a whole lot happier. none of this grimacing and gasping no never no more.

there's nothing wrong with stuttering, do it well, have a stuttfest.
